提供全系老師們的研究方向或研究題目,同學們依據自己的興趣與相關專題研究的指導老師洽談,並進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究,透過老師的指導進行主題研究及論文之繕寫,除於期末進行口試,並鼓勵參加食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.

Provide research directions or research topics for all teachers in the department. Students will discuss with the guidance teachers of related topic research based on their own interests, and enter the guidance teachers' research office to conduct topic research and essay research through the guidance teachers' guidance.
