提供全系老師們的研究方向或研究題目,同學們依據自己的興趣與相關專題研究的指導老師洽談,並進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究,透過老師的指導進行主題研究及論文之繕寫,除於期末進行口試,並鼓勵參加食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.
