本學期課程以損害賠償制度為授課之中心,針對臺灣近年來之重要相關裁判進行討論,題材範圍橫跨民法、消費者保護法及醫事法規等,並將適時比較德國法就類似個案之切入觀點和處理模式。藉由具體個案之研讀,進一步觀察理論與實務之互動,思考損害賠償制度於現代風險社會中所扮演之角色,以期深化修習同學對於現行損害賠償制度之認識,並有助於了解國外關於損害賠償法制之發展脈動。This semester's course focuses on the damage compensation system. It discusses important relevant adjudication in Taiwan in recent years. The subject scope spans civil law, consumer protection law, and medical regulations.
