藉由與本校教師進行研究專題學習，由教師帶領學生實際構思、發展與實踐研究主題，為當前學習成果進行綜整，並進一步為未來職涯與發展進行準備。
修課學生修習本課程後將可獲得以下五項核心能力
一、發掘高齡健康與運動科學領域之理論與實務問題。
二、在教師實際指導下，發展解決問題的系統程序與方法。
三、獲得實際規劃研究、執行與反思改進的能力。
四、獲得從研究經驗中累積並整理學習歷程，並呈現學習成果的能力。
五、在實際研究中提升批判性思考之能力。

By studying research topics with teachers at our school, teachers lead students to practical thinking, development and research topics, comprehensively integrate current learning results, and further prepare for future career and development.
After taking this course, students will be able to obtain the following five core abilities
1. Explore theoretical and practical problems in the field of high-alges health and sports science.
2. Under the actual guidance of the teacher, develop system programs and methods for solving problems.
3. Gain the ability to conduct actual planning research, implementation and reflection and improvement.
4. Gain the ability to accumulate and organize learning experiences from research experiences and present learning results.
5. Improve the ability to think critically in actual research.

課程之設計為培養學生成為具有專業技能及實務經驗之人才。透過專題之實作，學生可將理論與實務相印證，提升理論學習效果，並強化學生的實務能力。並提供本系學生專題演講，每位同學每學期均需聆聽至少6場專題演講，並當場撰寫心得報告，使之能吸收更前瞻技術或資訊相關新知的管道，使人才培育更能符合產業界的需求。

The course is designed to cultivate and generate talents with professional skills and practical experience. Through the implementation of topics, students can verify theory and practice, improve the theoretical learning effect, and enhance students' practical ability. It also provides students' topic lectures. Each student must listen to at least 6 topic lectures in each academic period, and write experience reports on the spot, so that they can absorb more forward-looking technology or information-related new knowledge, so that talent cultivation can better meet the needs of the industry.
