本課程之教學目標為促使碩士研究生深入閱讀犯罪學相關著作，從中穫取珍貴研究心得，進而拓展視野，奠立未來從事犯罪問題研究與研擬妥適防治犯罪對策之參考。本學期之課程著重於各類犯罪之成因、特徵與防治對策之探討，以及刑事司法系統之介紹，希冀增加學生對於不同犯罪本質與各刑事司法部門運作之認識。

The teaching objectives of this course are to encourage graduate students to read in-depth research related works on crime, gain valuable research experience from it, and expand their vision, establish a reference for future research on crime problems and research and appropriate measures to prevent and control crimes. The course of this school focuses on the exploration of the causes, characteristics and prevention and control measures of various crimes, as well as the introduction of the criminal justice system, hoping to increase students' understanding of the nature of different crimes and the operations of various criminal justice ministries.
