教育目標 Course Target

課程目標在於讓研究所同學了解在全球化的發展下,政府已經無法獨自決定市場,或是經濟的發展。在全球視野中對經濟合作和社會之間的相互作用。
課程內涵展現在幾部部分。第一,國家利益,思想和制度在國際經濟發展與合作中的相關性。此外,分析國家間相互作用的分析,政治經濟學的研究分析全球地區的發展及其相互作用。由於世界各國通過WTO、FTA以及區域組織聯繫在一起進行經濟和政治合作。簡言之,自由主義國際秩序、政府、經濟三元互動,正是當前國際局勢的發展的寫照。

The goal of the course is to let graduate students understand that with the development of globalization, the government can no longer determine the market or economic development alone. On the interaction between economic cooperation and society in a global perspective.
The content of the course is presented in several parts. First, the relevance of national interests, ideas and systems in international economic development and cooperation. In addition, the analysis of interactions between countries, the study of political economy analyzes the development of global regions and their interactions. As countries around the world are connected through the WTO, FTA and regional organizations for economic and political cooperation. In short, the three-dimensional interaction of liberal international order, government, and economy is a reflection of the development of the current international situation.

課程概述 Course Description

主要研究焦點放在政治經濟學相關理論之探討,從古典自由學派、馬克斯主義、新古典自由主義、凱因斯學派、公共選擇理論、到權力為中心理論、國家為中心理論,以及正義為中心理論。同時,從比較的角度,以古典自由主義、激進主義、保守主義、以及現代自由主義等四個觀點,分析相關議題,包括:政府與市場、通貨膨脹和失業、貧窮和不平等、勞動力和產業、少數族群和歧視、性別議題、教育和文化、污染和環境、國際貿易和發展等九大議題。

The main research focus is on the discussion of relevant theories of political economy, from the classical liberal school, Marxism, neoclassical liberalism, Keynesian school, public choice theory, to power-centered theory, state-centered theory, and justice-centered theory. At the same time, from a comparative perspective, relevant issues are analyzed from four perspectives: classical liberalism, radicalism, conservatism, and modern liberalism, including nine major issues: government and market, inflation and unemployment, poverty and inequality, labor and industry, minority groups and discrimination, gender issues, education and culture, pollution and environment, and international trade and development.
