本課程的目標是讓學生瞭解、探索以及應用音樂作為治療工具,課程內容包括接受式音樂治療方法的理論基礎、不同族群的應用方式以及實際操作技巧。學生將學習各種音樂治療方法,例如歌曲討論、歌詞分析、放鬆技巧、音樂生命回顧、音樂引導與意象等方法,並且探討如何在不同情境中有效運用這些方法。課程旨在培養學生在音樂治療領域中應用接受式方法的能力,讓他們能夠針對不同需求的治療對象,提供更有效的治療服務。The purpose of this course is to allow students to understand, explore and apply music as a treatment tool. The course content includes the theoretical basis of accepted music therapy methods, application methods of different ethnic groups, and actual operation skills. Students will learn various music therapy methods, such as song discussion, lyric analysis, relaxation techniques, music life review, music guidance and imagery, and explore how to effectively use these methods in different situations. The course aims to cultivate students' ability to apply receptive methods in the music therapy field, allowing them to identify treatment targets of different needs and provide more effective treatment services.
