Directed Research I
教育目標 Course Target
專題研究使學生將平日所習課程知識與實際經驗互相參證，習得食品科技、食品生物技術或食品相關產業管理等之學識與相關技能。本學期預計完成完成主題探索、方法學掌握、關鍵技術觀摩演練、書面與口頭表達訓練。
Special research allows students to participate in their daily course knowledge and actual experience, and obtain knowledge and related skills such as food technology, food biotechnology or food-related industry management. This period is expected to complete theme exploration, methodology mastery, key technology teaching, writing and oral expression training.
