教育目標 Course Target
教導學生理解政府資訊公開在現在民主政治運作上之重要性及行政過程透明化之運作方法，及E化政府下如何建置網路平台提供民眾有用之資訊以供事業利用。教導學生對實際案例之研討解析能力、外國文獻及案例之蒐集方法。政府資訊公開法立法之沿革，政府資訊之主動公開與被動公開，限制公開事由之討論，救濟方法。
Teach students to understand the importance of government information disclosure in current democratic political operations and the operational methods of transparent administrative processes, and how to build an online platform under the E-government to provide useful information for the public for business use. Teach students' research and analysis skills in international cases, foreign literature and case collection methods. The evolution of government information disclosure legislation, the active and passive disclosure of government information, restrict discussion on public reasons, and economic relief methods.
