教育目標 Course Target

面對我們日常生活中的重要問題與重要經驗：如身心健康、學習表現、情緒動機、決策思考、溝通、親密關係等，心理學研究可以幫助我們瞭解人在這些面向的內在心智運作機制與外在行為表現的成因與影響因素。本課程旨在介紹心理學的研究方法與重要發現，引領學生建立心智與行為的先天/後天基礎，瞭解社會、文化與生物因素如何共同決定個體發展。本課程也注重培養學生critical thinking的能力，學生課後必須閱讀指定教材，課堂上參與問題與討論活動。Facing important issues and experiences in our daily lives: such as physical and mental health, academic performance, emotional motivation, decision-making and thinking, communication, intimate relationships, etc., psychological research can help us understand the inner and outer mental operating mechanisms of people in these aspects. In the causes and influencing factors of behavioral performance. This course aims to introduce the research methods and important findings of psychology, lead students to establish the innate/nurture foundation of mind and behavior, and understand how social, cultural and biological factors jointly determine individual development. This course also focuses on cultivating students' critical thinking abilities. Students must read designated textbooks after class and participate in questions and discussion activities in class.
