本課程分文兩部分,第一部份是回顧身體活動的生理心理社會影響,並討論近代重要的相關研究。整體內容包括身體活動與認知功能與情緒調節的關係、健身運動對自尊、壓力、焦慮、憂鬱、以及情緒性福祉的影響。此外,亦著重於社會影響、身體意象,以及健康相關生活品質的研究議題、身體活動如何影響我們的健康、思考與情緒,以及健身運動如何改善憂鬱、解緩焦慮、抗壓、逆老化。
第二部分是探討健身運動理論模式與決定模式、健身運動與動機,並瞭解健身運動的負面效應,以及如何了解如何提升運動的堅持性與動機策略,以便未來從業的應用。
This course is divided into two parts. The first part reviews the physiological, psychological and social effects of physical activity and discusses important relevant research in modern times. The overall content includes the relationship between physical activity, cognitive function and emotional regulation, and the impact of fitness exercise on self-esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being. In addition, it also focuses on research issues on social influence, body image, and health-related quality of life, how physical activity affects our health, thinking, and emotions, and how fitness exercises can improve depression, relieve anxiety, resist stress, and reverse aging.
The second part is to explore the theoretical model and decision-making model of fitness exercise, fitness exercise and motivation, and understand the negative effects of fitness exercise, as well as how to understand how to improve exercise persistence and motivation strategies for future application in the industry.
