教育目標 Course Target
本課程為結合心理健康、文化脈絡、社會政經等不同領域的通識核心課程。引導學生將基礎概念延伸，增進自我認識、心理健康調適，以及培養對人文社會的關懷。
This course is a general core course that combines different fields such as mental health, cultural context, social politics and economics. Guide students to extend basic concepts, enhance self-understanding, mental health adjustment, and cultivate care for humanities and society.
