教育目標 Course Target
讓專題生學習到從事研究應具備的基本能力如實驗室安全相關知能,專業資料庫認識與應用,資料處理軟體的認識與應用,上台報告的表達訓練,論文繕寫的訓練等,以培養執行專題研究的能力.此課程為1學年的課,本學期將使學生們先了解全系老師們的研究方向或可提供的研究題目,藉由學生們與老師們的交叉面談,使得每位同學得以找到自己專題研究的指導老師,並儘速進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究. 下學期同學們將持續進行未完成的研究內容,並由指導老師的協助之下繕寫論文,在系主任召集的評審委員會進行口試,後續並鼓勵參加國內外食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.
Let topic students learn basic abilities that should be prepared for research, such as laboratory safety-related knowledge, professional database cognition and application, data processing software, expression training for reporting on the stage, writing training, etc., to cultivate the ability to perform topic research. This course is 1 academic In this year's course, students will first understand the research directions of teachers in the entire department or the research topics they can provide. Through the cross-discussion between students and teachers, each student can find a guide teacher for their own research topics, and quickly enter the research department of the guide teacher to work on topics. During the next period, the students will continue to conduct unfinished research content, and write a paper with the assistance of the instructor, conduct oral trials at the review committee convened by the department chairperson, and then encourage participation in the annual meeting papers held by the food-related associations at home and abroad.

提供全系老師們的研究方向或研究題目,同學們依據自己的興趣與相關專題研究的指導老師洽談,並進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究,透過老師的指導進行主題研究及論文之繕寫,除於期末進行口試,並鼓勵參加食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.
Provide research directions or research topics for all teachers in the department. Students will discuss with the guidance teachers of related topic research based on their own interests, and enter the guidance teachers' research office to conduct topic research and essay research through the guidance teachers' guidance. In addition to oral trials at the end of the period, they will encourage them to participate in the publication of the annual conference papers organized by the Food Related Association.
