本課程為碩士班選修課程，大學部高年級亦可選修。本課程閱讀中國法律史的史料與研究書籍，探討中國傳統法律與社會之相關課題。不同於現代法，中國傳統法有其獨特的體系與思想。本課程以閱讀中國法律史的史料與研究書籍為主，探討中國傳統法律與社會之相關課題，從而認識中國傳統法的架構，以及其對於傳統社會的影響。修習者必須輪流報告，參與討論，實踐史學研究的方法與培養個人的問題意識。

This course is a course for the judiciary class, and can also be selected by senior college students. This course reads historical materials and research books on Chinese legal history and explores the topics related to Chinese traditional law and society. Unlike modern law, Chinese traditional law has its own unique system and ideas. This course focuses on reading historical materials and research books on Chinese legal history, and explores the topics related to Chinese traditional law and society, and understands the structure of Chinese traditional law and its impact on traditional society. Practitioners must report, participate in discussions, implement methods of historical research and cultivate personal problem awareness.
