教育目標 Course Target
國內有關勞動基本權利之判例尚不多見，講義將以日本之相關判例為教材，期待強化保障勞工權益之觀念，是為本課程之目標。勞動法之範圍相當廣泛，將集中在勞動基本權益保障之判例為課程內涵。
There are still few domestic jurisprudence on basic labor rights. The lecture notes will use relevant Japanese jurisprudence as teaching materials. It is expected to strengthen the concept of protecting labor rights and interests, which is the goal of this course. The scope of labor law is quite broad, and the course will focus on the jurisprudence on the protection of basic labor rights and interests.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程以最近之判例與學說為上課之教材，透過與研究生之共同討論，提出不同之看法，交換不同之意見，提升同學對勞動法之認識，同時亦可加強對論文的批判能力。
This course uses recent legal cases and doctrines as teaching materials. Through joint discussions with graduate students, different views are proposed and different opinions are exchanged, thereby enhancing students' understanding of labor law and strengthening their critical skills for papers.
參考書目 Reference Books
日本有斐閣出版 「勞動判例百選」第六版，上課時將以影印方式將講義分發同學，可能的話將預先發給，以便同學事先有預習的機會。
The sixth edition of "Top 100 Labor Jurisprudence" published by Japan's Yufi Pavilion will be photocopied and distributed to students during class. If possible, it will be distributed in advance so that students can have a chance to preview it in advance.
