教育目標 Course Target
■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
教導學生於現代資訊化社會，大量使用網際網路之情況下，如何保護自己之個人資料不被濫行蒐集使用致使自己權利受損，已為重要之問題。教導學生認識個人資料的本質為何及如何保護自己之個人資料不被違法利用，為本課程之首要目標。

個人資料保護法之概說，蒐集、處理與利用之限制規範。
■ 多元教學方式 (Muliti-Teaching Methods)
■ Course Objectives
Teaching students how to protect their personal data from being used by the modern information society and the situation of using the Internet heavily in a modern information society has become an important problem. Teaching students how to understand the nature of personal data and how to protect their personal data from being illegally used is the primary goal of this course.

The summary of the Personal Data Protection Law, restrictions on collection, processing and utilization.
