生物化學 I 課程主要向學生教授生物大分子的結構、功能(包括: 蛋白質、酶、核酸、醣) 以及相關 的生物技術原理。The Biochemistry I course mainly teaches students the structure and function of biological macromolecules (including: proteins, enzymes, nucleic acids, sugars) and related principles of biotechnology.
