應用基礎生物化學課程中所學習到各種生物分子的結構與功能之知識，以及生物分子的新陳代謝過程及其相關機轉(mechanisms)之知識，探討目前在國際期刊所發表與生物化學有關之重要研究課題。
Apply the knowledge on the structure and function of various biomolecules learned in the basic biochemistry course, as well as the knowledge on the metabolic processes of biomolecules and their related mechanisms, to explore important biochemistry-related research currently published in international journals subject.
