課程概述 Course Description
學習醣類、脂肪、胺基酸同化與異化的代謝途徑，及其調控機制以作為學習營養學、酵素學、應用微生物學和生物技術等生命科學的基礎。
Learn the assimilation and alienation of sugars, fats, amino acids, and their regulatory mechanisms to be the basis for learning life sciences such as nutrition, enzymes, applied microbiology and biological technology.
