讓同學們了解醣類、氨基酸及蛋白的基本化學性質。了解以電泳分析氨基酸及蛋白的基本理論及實習分析技術。著重介紹酵素動力學(Enzyme kinetics)的基本理論及實習分析技術。
Let students understand the basic chemical properties of sugars, amino acids and proteins. Understand the basic theory and practical analysis techniques of electrophoretic analysis of amino acids and proteins.
