教育目標 Course Target

一、關於這門課 社會學可以是改變社會現狀的理論工具,也可以是研究社會問題的知識圖譜。 身為大學生—社會的中堅份子,老師期盼你我能夠深入理解社會、關懷社會,進而改善社會,這是所有共同生活在這塊土地上的社會人的共識與責任。 二十一世紀的台灣社會正面臨著巨大的轉變,首先是高齡化帶來的長期照顧困境,肇因於財源不足、專業照顧人力短缺,以及社政與衛服等部門之間的權責分配。 其次是少子化導致的勞動人口不足,生產力下降,影響整體經濟發展的長遠衝擊。 拜資本主義全球化之賜,資產階級剝削勞工階級的劇碼更加血汗、慘烈與不正義,然而現存的勞工階級的生存處境卻鮮少有人聞問,這群無產者被迫在低劣的勞動條件與生存權益下奮力求生,致使過勞死的案例時有所聞,然而「一例一休」一修再修,是真的掌握了勞工生存權益相關問題?還是以政策為名,更激化勞雇對立與社會分裂? 綜言之,台灣從家庭、學校、社會到政府層級,皆受到複合性因素的多重打擊。 家庭的傳統功能衰微,家暴與虐兒事件頻仍,該從何開始改變?教育制度如何實現階級平等與弱勢翻身的理想?社會對於族群、性別與階級之間的不平等如何弭平? 你可曾認真思考過社會的整合是如何可能的呢?薪資的高低、階級的對立、權力的不平等、性別的刻板印象、族群的偏見等,來自於社會各層面的分化與不正義,使得承載不同居住地、家庭、文化背景、教育水準、宗教信仰、政治認同的你我,因為不同的生活機會所擁有的職業、薪資與佔據的社會階層都有高低之分,是的,你我都在社會結構的重重限制下,但別忘了,我們皆具有能動性,起而引領並實踐社會良善! 1. About this course Social science can be a theoretical tool to change social conditions or a knowledge graph that studies social problems. As a college student-center of society, the teacher hopes that you and I can have a deep understanding of society, care about society, and thus improve society. This is the common understanding and responsibility of all socialists living together on this land. Taiwan’s society in the 21st century is undergoing a huge change, first of all, the long-term care dilemma brought about by the aging, which is caused by insufficient financial resources, shortage of professional care workforce, and the distribution of power between social and political departments and service services. The second is the shortage of population and the decline in production capacity caused by low birth rate, which affects the long-term impact of economic development in the overall system. By the income theory of globalization, asset-level dramas are more sweaty, intense and injustice. However, few people have asked about the existing labor-level survival situation. This group of infertile people is forced to survive under poor labor conditions and survival rights, resulting in the death of labor. However, "one case, one break" and repeated practice, is it true that the problems related to labor-level survival rights? Or is it more intensifying employment confrontation and social division in the name of policy? In short, Taiwan has suffered multiple blows from multiple factors from family, school, society to government level. The traditional function of the family is declining, and domestic violence and abuse incidents are still frequent. How should we start to change? How does the education system realize the ideal of level equality and weakness turning over? How can society resolve inequality between ethnicity, gender and level? Have you ever thought seriously about how social integration is possible? The level of salary, level of opposition, power inequality, gender stereotypes, ethnic bias, etc. come from the differentiation and injustice of all levels of society, which makes you and me who are responsible for different places of residence, family, cultural background, educational standards, religious beliefs, and political recognition, because different life opportunities have different levels of jobs, salary and social levels that occupy. Yes, you and I are all under the restrictions of social structure, but don’t forget that we are all capable, and we can lead and truly achieve social goodness!
