課程簡介
本課程之主要目的企圖系統性地回顧馬克思學派「勞動研究」之系譜學考
察。「勞動」向來是馬克思思想的重要分析範疇,他曾說「全部人的活動,迄
今為止都是勞動。」在《1844 年經濟學哲學手稿》更提出了「勞動與異化」的
重要關係:「勞動這種生命活動、這種生產生活本身對人而言不過是滿足一種
需要(即維持肉體生存的需要)的一種手段。而生產生活本來就是類生活,這
是產生生命的生活。一個種的整體特性、種的類特性就在於生命活動的性質,
而人的類特性恰恰就是自由的、有意識的活動。」
又更進一步闡述:「勞動的外化表現在什麼地方呢?首先,勞動對工人說
來是一種外在的東西,有就是說,不屬於他的本質;因此,他在自己的勞動中
不是肯定自己,而是否定自己,不是感到幸福,而是感到不幸,不是自由發揮
自己的體力與智力,而是使自己的肉體受折磨、精神遭摧殘。因此,工人只有
在勞動之外才能感到自在......。勞動的異己性完全表現在:只要肉體的強制或其
他強制一停止,人就會像逃避瘟疫一樣逃避勞動。」又,馬克思在《資本論》
第一卷這麼說:「勞動過程......是製造使用價值的有目的的活動,是為了人類的
需要而對自然物的佔有,是人和自然之間的物質變換的一般條件,是人類生活
的永恆的自然條件,因此......它為人類生活的一切社會形式所共有。」
本課程從馬克思出發,接著探討Braverman、Burawoy 之理論繼受與經驗研
究,更藉由謝國雄「台灣勞動體制三部曲」之運用「延伸個案法」來深化理解
戰後台灣資本主義之發展史。 Course Introduction

This course was developed from Marx, and then explored the theoretical study and experience of Braverman and Burawoy.
In the end, we will use the "Extended Act" to deepen our understanding by Xie Guoxiong's "Taiwan Movement Trilogy"
The history of the development of capitalism in Taiwan in the war.
