教育目標 Course Target
接續上學期學期對古典社會學的介紹,本學期將討論各主要社會學理論、學派、其中不同的
理論取徑,並閱讀重要理論家的著作。這門課注重對於理論的理解,也強調能闡述不同理論
對於當今社會的詮釋。因此,本課程重視課前的準備,與課堂中的參與,並強調同學之間互
相的討論與琢磨。在加深個人對於當代社會學理論的理解同時,也藉由在課堂以及平時與同
學間的討論,培養自己分析社會現象、運作或結構的觀點、意見、與能力。對於個人見解的
培養,以及對社會未來發展的關心,是其他技術性課程所不能顧及的。因此也是社會科學與
人文素養(與課程),在高度技術化、市場化、與科技化的社會中,仍需佔有重要地位的原
因,亦是本課程要傳達的概念。

Humanistic qualities (and curriculum) still need to occupy an important position in a highly technical, market-oriented, and technological society.
Because, this is also the concept to be conveyed in this course.
