Sociology of Literature
教育目標 Course Target
一、教學目的: 
(一)從文學與歷史社會關係的角度拓展與深化研究中國古典與現代文學的思維與方法。
(二)介紹文藝社會學的基本概念、研究面向與方法,選讀理論與批評實踐的代表作,藉以探討文學的形式美學與社會的辨證關係。
(三)學術報告寫作

(二)馬克斯文評:基礎/上層建築、意識形態與辯證法(Marx,Eagleton)
(三)小說與社會:同一性與差異性的進路、反映論、典型性與形式/內容問題、 
      複調小說與對話想像(時空與體裁)(Bakhtin,Lukacs,Goldmann)
(四)詩歌與社會:抒情詩的社會性、有機/機械社會的疏離與超越(Frankfurt 
       School)
(五) 文化霸權與過程:傳統/體制與形構、殘存/當令與新興、感覺結構(Williams) 
1. Teaching purposes:
(1) Expand and deepen the thinking and methods of studying Chinese classical and modern literature from the perspective of the relationship between literature and history and society.
(2) Introduce the basic concepts, research aspects and methods of literary sociology, and select representative works of theory and critical practice to explore the dialectical relationship between the formal aesthetics of literature and society.

      Polyphonic novels and dialogic imagination (time, space and genre) (Bakhtin, Lukacs, Goldmann)
(4) Poetry and society: the sociality of lyric poetry, the alienation and transcendence of organic/mechanical society (Frankfurt
       School)
(5) Cultural hegemony and process: tradition/system and structure, survival/current and emerging, sensory structure (Williams)
