社會學與常識有何關係？社會學是社會學理論的實踐。本課程希望從社會學的角度切入，嘗試說明從日本社會的法律史，區分為黑白反轉、酷反轉、法律鬥士與法學大師四篇，分別以社會學的基本原理、社會過程、結構與行動、人口與人類生態學。社會學與常識予以區分。常識的範圍是有限的。同時，常識使用許多未經考驗的前提假設，解釋日常現象。社會學不應該和常識相互對揚，卻必須超越它的社會運作，達到一個更廣泛和更深入的看法。與常識的預設和判準框架若能保持適當的距離，這更為困難。社會學作為一種志業，保持對生命與知識的熱情是重要的。
然而，金融危機背景下的社會，面臨這樣的轉折點，金融危機的邏輯及其社會後果的可能性，以及如何以重建社會再造經濟是值得關注的。發展自我理論引導上知識積累的重要基石，方能掌握環繞於我們生活週遭世界中的各種機會，進行參與歷史、關懷社會，以及行動負責的歷史反思與生命撞擊。What does sociology have to do with common sense? Sociology is the practice of sociological theory. This course hopes to start from the perspective of sociology and try to explain the legal history of Japanese society. It is divided into four parts: black and white reversal, cool reversal, legal fighter and legal master. They are based on the basic principles of sociology, social process, structure and law respectively. Action, Population and Human Ecology. Sociology and common sense are distinguished. The scope of common sense is limited. At the same time, common sense uses many untested assumptions to explain everyday phenomena. Sociology should not compete with common sense, but must transcend its social operations to achieve a broader and deeper view. It is even more difficult to maintain an appropriate distance from the assumptions and judgment framework of common sense. As a career in sociology, it is important to maintain a passion for life and knowledge.
However, society under the background of the financial crisis is facing such a turning point. The logic of the financial crisis and the possibility of its social consequences, as well as how to rebuild society and reshape the economy, are worthy of attention. Only by developing the important cornerstone of knowledge accumulation guided by self-theory can we grasp the various opportunities surrounding the world around us, engage in history, care for society, and act responsibly in historical reflection and life collisions.
