教育目標 Course Target

透過課堂的講述與分組的報告,使學生對企業經營的生產、行銷、人事、研發、財務五大機能,與管理者規劃、組織、用人、領導、控制的五大功能,獲得具體的概念與瞭解。Through class lectures and group reports, students can gain specific concepts and understanding of the five major functions of business operations: production, marketing, personnel, R&D, and finance, as well as the five major functions of managers: planning, organization, employment, leadership, and control.


課程概述 Course Description

聯繫學生內心深處渴望與企業社會的使命、責任。期中考前之內容為藉課程與藝術電影交叉討論來誘發學生個人管理的夢想與企業社會宏觀理想的互相配合,營造共同願景、創造企業發展與個人發展的動力。藉心智之transformation達到右腦之發展!期中考後之內容為策略規劃觀念介紹,藉課程與校外創業家與專業管理者心路歷程剖析交叉討論來引導學生獲得個人SWOT分析之理念,融合期中考前之內容來完成有意義的目標之執行方案。
Connect students’ deepest desires with the mission and responsibility of corporate society. The content before the mid-term exam is to use cross-discussions between courses and art films to induce the cooperation between students' personal management dreams and corporate social macro ideals, create a common vision, and create motivation for corporate development and personal development. Achieve the development of the right brain through transformation of the mind! The content after the mid-term exam is an introduction to the concept of strategic planning. Through cross-discussions between the course and the analysis of the mental journeys of outside entrepreneurs and professional managers, students are guided to obtain the concept of personal SWOT analysis, and the content before the mid-term exam is integrated to achieve implementation plans for meaningful goals. .
