Principles of Management
教育目標 Course Target
透過課堂講授與討論,讓學生清楚管理學的觀念、方法與執行步驟;再藉由個案探討,能更明瞭管理學相關議題;同時藉由討論與報告,提昇學生在管理學規劃與分析能力,並培養學生製作專業報告與簡報。
本課程在介紹管理的各項功能,包含管理基礎概念、規劃、組織、領導、用人以及控制等,與基礎管理學相關之理論及其實務上之運用;課程除奠定大一新生管理學基礎,亦將有助於日後進階管理課程之學習。
Through classroom lectures and discussions, students can understand the concepts, methods and implementation steps of management; through case studies, they can gain a better understanding of management-related issues; at the same time, through discussions and reports, students can improve their management planning and analysis skills, and train students to produce professional reports and presentations.
This course introduces various functions of management, including basic concepts of management, planning, organization, leadership, employment, control, etc., as well as the theory and practical application related to basic management. In addition to laying the foundation of management for freshmen, this course will also be helpful for the study of advanced management courses in the future.
