2154 - 管理學 Principles of Management


教育目標 Course Target

管理是指集結群體的力量,有效的整合各種資源,進而創造更大的價值。其探討如何利用科學的方法,例如,數理邏輯來規劃、控管活動流程,以達成資源使用的效率(強調資源使用率)與效果(強調目標達成率)。本課程旨以讓同學了解企業結構內的各項管理活動,以及管理的四大功能。因此,課程安排上,包含管理的四大功能: 規劃、組織、控制與領導;以及,組織內部「產發、銷、人、財」之五大管理功能。 透過管理學的學習,期待同學能運用於自我管理(例如: 時間、資源分配)、群體管理(例如: 社會網絡),或作為進入職場後,了解企業管理者如何讓企業有效運作(即企業管理)之基礎。Management refers to gathering the strength of groups to effectively integrate various resources to create greater value. It explores how to use scientific methods, such as mathematical logic, to plan and control activity processes to achieve resource usage efficiency (emphasis on resource utilization rate) and effectiveness (emphasis on goal achievement rate). This course aims to enable students to understand the various management activities within the corporate structure and the four major functions of management. Therefore, the course arrangement includes the four major functions of management: planning, organization, control, and leadership; as well as the five major management functions within the organization: "production, sales, people, and finance." Through the study of management, students are expected to be able to apply it to self-management (e.g., allocation of time and resources), group management (e.g., social network), or after entering the workplace, understand how business managers make businesses operate effectively (i.e. business management ) basis.

Introduce the basic concepts, principles, and methods of management, including basic concepts of management, planning, organization, leadership, and control.
