當代環境變遷劇烈，管理者要提升組織的績效，就必須運用管理技能，以有效率的方式達成組織目標。管理學是結合理論與實務的一門學問，本課程著重在管理學基本概念的介紹，課程內容將涵蓋規畫、組織、領導、控制等主題，同時也搭配實務個案，以讓同學了解管理理論在實務界之應用。本課程期望讓學生熟悉管理理論，進而建立管理知識及管理技能，並運用於實際工作上。
