教育目標 Course Target

當代環境變遷劇烈,管理者要提升組織的績效,就必須運用管理技能,以有效率的方式達成組織目標。管理學是結合理論與實務的一門學問,本課程著重在管理學基本概念的介紹,課程內容將涵蓋規畫、組織、領導、控制等主題,同時也搭配實務個案,以讓同學了解管理理論在實務界之應用。本課程期望讓學生熟悉管理理論,進而建立管理知識及管理技能,並運用於實際工作上。

The contemporary environment is becoming more and more intense. If managers want to improve the effectiveness of the organization, they must use management skills to achieve organizational goals in an efficient manner. Management is a question of rational discussion and practice. This course focuses on introducing the basic concepts of management. The content of the course will cover topics such as planning, organization, leadership, and control. At the same time, it is also accompanied by practical plans to allow students to understand the application of management theory in the practical world. This course hopes that students can become familiar with management theory, thereby establishing management knowledge and management skills, and applying them to actual work.

課程概述 Course Description

聯繫學生內心深處渴望與企業社會的使命、責任。期中考前之內容為藉課程與藝術電影交叉討論來誘發學生個人管理的夢想與企業社會宏觀理想的互相配合,營造共同願景、創造企業發展與個人發展的動力。藉心智之transformation達到右腦之發展!期中考後之內容為策略規劃觀念介紹,藉課程與校外創業家與專業管理者心路歷程剖析交叉討論來引導學生獲得個人SWOT分析之理念,融合期中考前之內容來完成有意義的目標之執行方案。

Contact students deeply desire and the mission and responsibility of corporate society. The content before the midterm exam is to cooperate with students' personal management dreams and corporate social ideals through cross-discussions between courses and art films, to create common visions and create motivation for corporate development and personal development. Through the transformation of the mind, we can achieve the development of the right brain! The content after the midterm exam is a strategic planning concept introduction. Through the analysis and cross-discussion of the course and the mental journey of off-campus entrepreneurs and professional managers, students can lead to the concept of personal SWOT analysis, and integrate the content before the midterm exam to complete the implementation plan of intentional goals.
