本課程主要目的在培養學生對企業管理的基本認識，課程主要可以分成規劃、組織、領導、控制。除了課堂知識外，也會透過課外閱讀、實務案例、分組活動、演講等來讓學生學習如何將管理理論與實務並用。
This course provides students with the most contemporary and up-to-date account of changing environment of management and management practices. We intend to integrate contemporary management theories and issues into the analysis of management and organization. Our goal is to distill new and classic theorizing and research into a contemporary framework that is compatible with the traditional focus on management as planning, leading, organizing, and controlling but that transcends this traditional approach.
The main purpose of this course is to cultivate students' basic understanding of enterprise management. The course can be mainly divided into planning, organization, leadership, and control. In addition to class knowledge, students can also learn how to use management theory and practice through external reading, practical cases, sub-organization activities, lectures, etc.
