現今環境的非線性動態變動與快速劇烈的變遷,使得組織管理不易。其中,人是組織的核心要素,管理者要提升組織的經營績效,就必須深入探索人類與組織行為,才能因應環境的變化,權宜地運用管理技巧。本課程的主要目標在於介紹管理學的基本概念,以理論與實務並重之方式,培養學生具備管理學之整體觀念,並有實際靈活運用之能力。The non-linear dynamic changes and rapid and violent changes in today's environment make organizational management difficult. Among them, people are the core element of an organization. If managers want to improve the organization's business performance, they must deeply explore human and organizational behavior so that they can adapt to changes in the environment and use management skills expediently. The main goal of this course is to introduce the basic concepts of management, and to cultivate students' overall concept of management and the ability to apply it flexibly in a way that pays equal attention to theory and practice.
