經濟學包含個體經濟學及總體經濟學兩大部份，內容相當廣泛。以一門兩學分單學期的課程，由於時間的限制，內容上必須有所取捨。就法律系學生的需求及實用性，在去蕪存菁後，本門課程將主要著重在基本經濟理論的應用及部份總體經濟的主題。學生透過本課程應可應用基本的經濟原理分析日常生活碰到的有關經濟議題，使學生能將經濟學生活化是本課程欲達到的主要目標。

Economics includes two major parts: individual economics and overall economics, and the content is quite extensive. For one two-school courses, due to time constraints, there must be some content in terms of content. Regarding the needs and practicality of law students, after deleting the essence, this course will focus mainly on the application of basic economic theories and the topic of some overall economics. Through this course, students should be able to use basic economic principles to analyze economic issues encountered in daily life, so that students can make economic life more effective is the main goal of this course.

經濟學是研究如何把稀少性資源，做最有效率配置的一門學問，旨在探討人們在有限的資源下如何做選擇，以及人們所選擇的活動，會造成什麼樣的結果。因此，經濟學也可說是一門研究選擇的科學。本課程介紹基本經濟學概念及分析工具，用來研究如何把有限資源配置到各個彼此互斥的用途上，以期對經濟活動（行為） 有深入的瞭解。課程內容涵蓋個體經濟學及總體經濟學。個體經濟內容包括：理性選擇方法、市場如何運作、市場失靈與政府角色、訊息不對稱、法律之經濟分析等。總體經濟內容包括：總體經濟探討議題、國民所得的意義、物價膨脹與失業、貨幣與金融市場、國際經濟等。

Economics is a study of how to use rare sex resources to make the most efficient allocation, aiming to explore how people choose under limited resources, and what results will result from the activities they choose.
