教育目標 Course Target
人力資源管理是任何組織都要面對的問題，任何管理者也都需要處理與人力運用有關的各種問題。近年來，人力聘用日益複雜，人力組合也更加變動，勞動法令不斷更新，對組織、員工與人力資源管理者都形成新的挑戰。
Human resource management is a problem that any organization has to face, and any manager also needs to deal with various problems related to human use. In recent years, human employment has become increasingly complex, and human resource combinations have also become more and more varied. Operation laws have been constantly updated, forming new challenges for organizations, employees and human resource managers.
