課程概述與目標：組織的能力影響了企業的競爭力。而強化人力資源與有策略的運用人力資源, 已經成為組織能力提升的重要關鍵之一。 本課程以實務個案來講解人力資源管理的重要性, 以及分析有效的管理策略。
Course Overview and Goals: Organizational capabilities affect the competitiveness of the enterprise. Strengthening human resources and strategic use of human resources have become one of the important keys to improving organizational capabilities. This course uses a practical case to explain the importance of human resource management and analyze effective management strategies.
