知識經濟時代的來臨,讓組織(包括:政府部門、企業部門)對於人力資源的需求也更加地殷切,而這樣的潮流也讓公、私部門都更加地重人力資源的管理。因此,本課程嘗試著教授人力資源管理之相關知識、技巧、以及相關的制度設計,主要是以民間企業的人力資源管理為本,冀望行政學系的學生也能夠具備人力資源管理的技巧,有助於未來畢業之後的生涯規劃,能夠有更多元化之選擇。As the era of knowledge and economics has made organizations (including government departments and enterprise departments) more eager for human resources, and this trend has also made both the public and private departments more concerned about the management of human resources. Therefore, this course teaches knowledge, skills, and related institutional design related to human resource management, mainly based on human resource management in private enterprises. I hope that students in the administrative department can also have human resource management skills, which will help plan their careers after graduation and have more diversified options.
