教育目標 Course Target
知識經濟時代的來臨，讓組織（包括：政府部門、企業部門）對於人力資源的需求也更加地殷切，而這樣的潮流也讓公、私部門都更加地重人力資源的管理。因此，本課程嘗試著教授人力資源管理之相關知識、技巧、以及相關的制度設計，主要是以民間企業的人力資源管理為本，冀望行政學系的學生也能夠具備人力資源管理的技巧，有助於未來畢業之後的生涯規劃，能夠有更多元化之選擇。
The advent of the era of knowledge economy has made organizations (including government departments and corporate departments) more eager for human resources. This trend has also made both public and private sectors pay more attention to the management of human resources. Therefore, this course attempts to teach relevant knowledge, skills, and related system design of human resource management, mainly based on human resource management in private enterprises. It is hoped that students in the Department of Administration can also acquire human resource management skills, which will help their future career planning after graduation and allow them to have more diversified choices.
