教育目標 Course Target

1.使學生瞭解策略性人力資源管理的內涵與理論。 2.讓學生明白人力資源的維護與激勵。 3.使學生瞭解策略性人力資源管理的干預技術。1. Enable students to understand the connotation and theoretical discussion of strategic human resource management. 2. Let students understand the maintenance and motivation of human resources. 3. Enable students to understand the pre-preparation techniques of strategic human resource management.


課程概述 Course Description

在策略人力資源管理(Strategic human resource management)的趨勢之下,如何透過積極的人力資源管理活動,有效達成組織的策略需求與目標,成為組織管理的重要課題。 其中「人力資源發展」則試圖超越傳統「訓練事務行政」的服務功能,轉而以「組織績效」為基礎,經由人員能力的提昇協助組織達到目標;由於人力資源發展已與組織策略結合為基調,於是逐漸形成所謂的策略人力資源發展。 本課程即就策略性人力資源管理的概論與技術進行講述,盼使學生藉由本課程的學習,瞭解策略性人力資源管理的相關學理與內涵。
Under the trend of strategic human resource management, how to effectively meet the strategic needs and goals of the organization through the active human resource management activities has become an important topic of organization management. Among them, the "human resource development" test map transcends the service function of the traditional "training affairs administration" and is based on "organization performance" and helps the organization achieve the goal by improving personnel's abilities. Since human resource development has been integrated with organizational strategies as the basis, the so-called strategic human resource development is gradually formed. This course describes the overview and technology of strategic human resource management, hoping that students can understand the relevant science and connotation of strategic human resource management through the learning of this course.
