教育目標 Course Target
1.使學生瞭解策略性人力資源管理的內涵與理論。
2.讓學生明白人力資源的維護與激勵。
3.使學生瞭解策略性人力資源管理的干預技術。

課程概述 Course Description
在策略人力資源管理(Strategic human resource management)的趨勢之下,如何透過積極的人力資源管理活動,有效達成組織的策略需求與目標,成為組織管理的重要課題。
其中「人力資源發展」則試圖超越傳統「訓練事務行政」的服務功能,轉而以「組織績效」為基礎,經由人員能力的提昇協助組織達到目標;由於人力資源發展已與組織策略結合為基調,於是逐漸形成所謂的策略人力資源發展。
本課程即就策略性人力資源管理的概論與技術進行講述,盼使學生藉由本課程的學習,瞭解策略性人力資源管理的相關學理與內涵。
Under the trend of strategic human resource management, how to effectively achieve the strategic needs and goals of the organization through active human resource management activities has become an important issue in organizational management.
Among them, "human resources development" attempts to transcend the traditional service function of "training affairs administration" and instead uses "organizational performance" as the basis to help the organization achieve its goals through the improvement of personnel capabilities. Since human resource development has been integrated with organizational strategies, so-called strategic human resource development has gradually formed.
This course describes the introduction and techniques of strategic human resource management. It is hoped that students can understand the relevant theories and connotations of strategic human resource management through the study of this course.
