本課程在介紹人力資源管理的理論與研究結果,來說明企業在實施人力資源管理的現有做法與改進建議。學生們在上完這門課後,應能(一)說出有關人力資源管理的基本概念與重要理論;(二)應用相關知識去分析、診斷實務上的問題;(三)規劃並且執行人力資源管理的相關研究。This course introduces the theory and research results of human resource management, and explains the existing practices and improvement suggestions of enterprises in implementing human resource management. After completing this course, students should be able to (1) express basic concepts and important theories about human resource management; (2) apply relevant knowledge to analyze and diagnose practical problems; (3) plan and execute human resources Related research on resource management.
