Modern human resource management has gone beyond the simple calculation of personnel salary/overtime and income tax declaration. It must be combined with the four major areas of human resource management-selection/training/employment/retention (flow) of talents, so as to retain talents for the enterprise in an all-round way. Therefore, we understand the basis and requirements of labor laws and provide confusion and services for business owners/department supervisors/all employees. This is the focus of training in this course; in addition, due to global climate change factors, this course is also combined with ESG-Sustainability Reporting Standards required by the Financial Supervisory Committee-GRI, combined with labor/occupational safety--and other laws and regulations to provide detailed explanations and verification practical analysis, to achieve the goal of cultivating sustainable human resources talents, and to inspire and increase students' willingness to invest in human resources management.
