教育目標 Course Target

本課程以企業的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題，包括：招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。透過企業及公務部門案例之導入與研討，培養學生具備企業人力資源功能之規劃及部門展開與自我實踐能力。

This course explores the core topics of human resource management from an enterprise perspective, including: recruitment selection, training development, performance evaluation, and salary and benefits and other topics. Through the introduction and discussion of enterprise and commerce department cases, students can cultivate planning and department development and self-realization capabilities to prepare enterprise human resources functions.
