教育目標 Course Target

有別於傳統人力資源管理領域的教學規劃,本課程強調從人力資源管理標的著手,也就是「人的行為」(human behavior)。傳統人力資源管理課程大多含括美國訓練與發展學會(American society for Training and Development, ASTD)主張的「人力資源輪」(Human Resource wheel)內容,也就是「訓練發展、組織發展、生涯發展」。亦或是以「職務分析與設計、人力資源規劃、員工招聘與選任、績效考評、薪酬管理、工作激勵、培訓發展、勞雇關係」等為重。 但有別於此,本次課程所選定的教材偏重議題探討而非基本單元內容的講授,過程中更將引入多元討論方法(例如:焦點團體法、德爾菲法、個案教學法、問題導向學習法、層級分析法、籃中演練法、開放空間技術等),搭配不同主題於課堂中進行研討演練,以豐富授課內容及提升教學互動。具體而言,涉略主題包括「組織行為解讀、認識自我瞭解自我、加強創造力與創新力、壓力管理、激勵與參與、公務領導、權力與組織政治、有效溝通、團隊共事、衝突管理、組織變遷、組織外部解讀、公益的行為管理」等。 課程所指定的英文教材,將由授課教師親自講解,帶入實例及課堂演練以豐富學習者對議題的認識,預期藉此讓學習者掌握人力資源管理趨勢、課題與應對之道,同時也豐富在職學生的經驗交流。 There are teaching plans different from the traditional human resource management field. This course emphasizes the starting point of human resource management, that is, "human behavior". The traditional human resource management courses mostly include the "Human Resource wheel" (Human Resource wheel) content sponsored by the American society for Training and Development (ASTD), which is "training development, organizational development, and career development." Or it is important to "job analysis and design, human resources planning, employee recruitment and selection, performance examination, salary management, work motivation, training development, employment relationships". But in this way, the textbooks selected in this course focus on topic discussion rather than teaching basic single content, and will introduce multiple discussion methods (such as focus group method, Derfire method, case teaching method, problem-oriented learning (Standard: Level analysis, in-game performance, open space technology, etc.), and are studied and performed in the classroom with different themes to enrich the course content and improve teaching interaction. Specifically, the topics involved include "organizational behavior interpretation, self-knowledge, strengthen creativity and innovation, pressure management, motivation and participation, commerce leadership, power and organizational politics, effective communication, teamwork, conflict management, organizational Change, organizational external interpretation, public welfare behavior management, etc. The English textbooks designated in the course will be explained by the teacher, and will be included in examples and class practices to enrich the learners' understanding of the topics, and are expected to enable learners to master the trends of human resource management, courses and responses, and at the same time they are rich in their careers. Students’ experience exchange.
