課程概述 Course Description

國貿系人才培育目標致力於養成具跨領域知識人才。發展學生管理、資訊及語文技能,並引領學生發揮國際職涯最大潛能。以培養「具有國際觀」及「具備跨國經營專長」之人才為目的。透過「國際人力資源管理課程」強化學生未來任職國際企業或海外就業擔任人力資源管理職務或升學就讀國際人力資源管理相關研究所所需專業職能。
The goal of the training of trade talents is committed to developing cross-regional knowledge talents. Develop student management, information and language skills, and lead students to develop the greatest potential of international careers. The purpose is to cultivate talents with "international vision" and "providing cross-border business leaders". Through the "International Human Resource Management Course", students will strengthen their professional abilities required to work in international enterprises or overseas to work in human resources management or to study the professional responsibilities required by the International Human Resource Management Institute.
