全球化趨勢與疫情新常態下，國際人才移動與新興工作技能需求面臨全新挑戰。本課程整合理論知識講授與產業實務個案探討方式，從人力資源管理架構出發，包含招募、甄選、訓練發展、績效考核至薪酬設計，以及勞資關係維繫，加入國際企業所面臨之特定人力資源管理議題角度切入，包含環境複雜性、文化多元性、目標多重性以及員工多樣性等面向，強化學生對於企業全球擴張所面臨之國際人力資源管理議題認知，如母公司跨文化移植、派外人員管理以及子公司當地人力資源管理及策略性國際人力資源管理策略等，輔以實務個案討論，強化學生國際人力資源管理專業職能，提升未來升學與就業競爭力。
