教育目標 Course Target
全球化趨勢與疫情新常態下,國際人才移動與新興工作技能需求面臨全新挑戰。本課程整合理論知識講授與產業實務個案探討方式,從人力資源管理架構出發,包含招募、甄選、訓練發展、績效考核至薪酬設計,以及勞資關係維繫,加入國際企業所面臨之特定人力資源管理議題角度切入,包含環境複雜性、文化多元性、目標多重性以及員工多樣性等面向,強化學生對於企業全球擴張所面臨之國際人力資源管理議題認知,如母公司跨文化移植、派外人員管理以及子公司當地人力資源管理及策略性國際人力資源管理策略等,輔以實務個案討論,強化學生國際人力資源管理專業職能,提升未來升學與就業競爭力。
Under the trend of globalization and the new normal of the epidemic, international talent mobility and the demand for emerging work skills are facing new challenges. This course integrates theoretical knowledge teaching and industrial practical case discussion. It starts from the human resources management structure, including recruitment, selection, training and development, performance appraisal, salary design, and labor relations maintenance. It also adds specific human resource management issues faced by international companies from the perspective of environmental complexity, cultural diversity, multiplicity of goals, and employee diversity. Sexuality and other aspects, strengthen students' understanding of international human resource management issues faced by enterprises in global expansion, such as cross-cultural transplantation of parent companies, management of expatriates, local human resource management of subsidiaries, and strategic international human resource management strategies. Supplemented by practical case discussions, students will strengthen their professional functions in international human resources management and enhance their future academic and employment competitiveness.

國貿系人才培育目標致力於養成具跨領域知識人才。發展學生管理、資訊及語文技能,並引領學生發揮國際職涯最大潛能。以培養「具有國際觀」及「具備跨國經營專長」之人才為目的。透過「國際人力資源管理課程」強化學生未來任職國際企業或海外就業擔任人力資源管理職務或升學就讀國際人力資源管理相關研究所所需專業職能。
The talent cultivation goal of the Department of International Trade is committed to cultivating talents with cross-field knowledge. Develop students' management, information and language skills, and guide students to maximize their potential in international careers. The purpose is to cultivate talents with "international outlook" and "expertise in multinational operations". Through the "International Human Resources Management Course", students can strengthen the professional functions required for them to work in international companies or overseas employment as human resource management positions, or to study in graduate schools related to international human resources management.
