本課程以組織行為與理論為基礎,針對日常營運與員工相關議題進行闡述與探討,並安排領域專家進行專題演講,提出實務案例與方案研討,讓同學在課程中練習結合理論,並應用於未來職涯之中,最終達到「共學」與「學以致用」的目的。This course is based on organizational behavior and theoretical discussions, and describes and discusses the issues related to daily operations and employees, and arranges field experts to conduct topic lectures, proposes practical cases and plans to discuss them, and allows students to practice reasonable discussions in the course and apply them to the future.
