Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
教育目標 Course Target
本課程以組織行為與理論為基礎,針對日常營運與員工相關議題進行闡述與探討,並安排領域專家進行專題演講,提出實務案例與方案研討,讓同學在課程中練習結合理論,並應用於未來職涯之中,最終達到「共學」與「學以致用」的目的。
This course is based on organizational behavior and theory. It explains and discusses issues related to daily operations and employees. It also arranges experts in the field to give special lectures and propose practical cases and program discussions, allowing students to practice combining theory in the course and apply it in their future careers, ultimately achieving the goals of "learning together" and "applying what they have learned."
