課程目標在於訓練同學能夠對與政治學門有一個基礎性的認識。此課程為三學分相當重要的入門課程，本系同學能夠從政治理論的視角，以及國際關係的視角，來了解政治學範疇的研究主題、研究領域、關鍵文獻、重要概念、原文詞彙、知識論入門與方法論入門等。本課程修習完畢，同學們不但會對政治學有扎實的訓練，同時也會有良好的英文政治學詞彙能力，為政治系後續的課程做準備。The purpose of the course is to train students to have a basic understanding of the political science department. The focus of this course is on analyzing the challenges facing political science. Its trial images help learners gain insight into political affairs.
