一個完整的政治學門的訓練，應含括本體論、知識論與方法論三個面向，政治學方法論主要集中於後兩者，本課程為政治系國際關係組及政治理論組的必修課程，其重要性可見一般，學生經由此三學分的學期訓練之後，能對政治科學的演變，尤其從古典的實證學派到後實證學派，乃至於政治科學的未來展望，能有一個深度的認知，此課程也為同學將來報考國內研究所甚至出國深造奠定良好的基礎。

A complete political science training should include ontology, epistemology and methodology. Political science methodology mainly focuses on the latter two. This course is a required course for the International Relations Group and Political Theory Group of the Department of Politics. Its importance can be seen as general. Students can pass these three credits. After one semester of training, students will be able to have an in-depth understanding of the evolution of political science, especially from the classical positivist school to the post-positivist school, and even the future prospects of political science. This course will also lay a good foundation for students to apply for domestic graduate schools or even study abroad in the future.

本課程目的在透過對於我國立國理念、憲法的憲政架構設計、政府組織架構設計與相關憲法條文背後所揭櫫、隱含的政哲思維的介紹與說明，使修課同學能對我國憲法與憲政體制運作有所認識，並熟悉相關憲政理論，增進提昇政治學系學生之專業。藉由理論與實際的相互驗證，引發學生對於我國憲政議題的興趣，進而培養學生對於我國憲政體制運作的基本知識，以期具備分析判斷、政策規劃與公共服務的能力。

The purpose of this course is to introduce and explain the political philosophy behind the founding philosophy of our country, the design of the constitutional structure of the Constitution, the design of the government organizational structure and the relevant constitutional provisions, so that students can have an understanding of the operation of our country's constitution and constitutional system, and become familiar with relevant constitutional theories, so as to enhance the professionalism of political science students. Through the mutual verification of theory and practice, students' interest in my country's constitutional issues will be aroused, and students' basic knowledge of the operation of my country's constitutional system will be cultivated in order to equip students with the ability to analyze and judge, policy planning and public services.
