本門課為針對社會系大一同學所設計的一學年課程。上學期授課內容著重於介紹何為「社會學」,社會學的基本關懷、重要概念、思考方式與視野。透過引導修課同學檢視個人經驗與各種被視為 理所當然的社會現象,探討個人的思考模式與行動選擇如何為社會關係、社會文化與規範、組織與社會制度等交織的社會結構所形塑;而個人又如何參與社會生活、能動地形塑社會關係與社會結構。下學期的課程則透過階級、權力、種族與族群、性別、環境、科技等重要的分析範疇,探索社會的階層化、差異與社會不平等,社會變遷的成因與後果。本課程目標為引導同學打開社會學之眼,理解社會學的基本概念與分析範疇,培養社會學的關懷與問題意識,探究社會運作之邏輯,分析社會問題與社會變遷的成因,發展讓個人身處之社會變得更好的能力。This course is a year-round course designed for college students in the social department. The content of the course in the last year focused on introducing what "social science" is, the basic concerns, important concepts, ways of thinking and vision of social science. Through the guidance class students, they examine personal experience and various social phenomena that are taken for granted, and explore how personal thinking patterns and action choices shape social structures that interact with social relations, social culture and regulations, organization and social systems; and how individuals participate in social life and can steer shaped social relations and social structure. The courses in the next period will explore the causes and consequences of social changes through important analyses such as level, power, ethnicity and ethnicity, gender, environment, and technology. The purpose of this course is to guide students to open the eye of social science, understand the basic concepts and analytical scope of social science, cultivate social concerns and problem awareness, explore social operations logic, analyze the causes of social problems and social changes, and develop the ability to make society in your personal life better.
