社會學可以是改變社會現狀的理論工具,也可以是研究社會問題的知識圖譜。
從105學年上學期開始,我嘗試將社會學課程結合日常生活之社會現狀觀察,與社會問題的分析與診治,從首屆的「社區與社會連結企畫書」,我們探討了東海學區交通、宿舍區空氣污染,與勞作教育等改善方案,以及學生打工權益與性別平等保障等議題,另外還有友善寵物、自營食堂等從大學生的公民責任出發的關懷學區與週邊社區的企畫案。第二屆則對焦於「社會學與社會問題報告」,選定「高齡社會」做為期末報告的探究主題,各組提出了共乘交通運輸、老社區物資交換、志願人力互助銀行、社區藥局與生活便利社、老人復健、運動與休閒規劃、醫療巡迴、銀髮食堂與銀髮科技手環、智慧輔具設計等九項解決高齡社會問題的方案。
到了第三屆,社會學的研究主題與社會現狀密切關聯,我們對焦於「勞動社會學」,藉以闡示有關血汗勞動的勞動條件與勞動權益之倡議,小組的研究主題包括:勞動社會學之法制面面觀、藍領、白領與粉領工作的勞動條件比較、工作貧窮、非典型工作(兼職/臨時工)勞動條件分析、職場性別不平等、托育政策&長照體系&現代婦女角色、再到網路新世代勞動觀探討、東海大學生的打工處境報告書等新興的現象探討。
故社會學的教學目標,首先是引介社會學之眼的視角,提示大家如何重新審視社會問題;再來傳授社會學理論家與其知識圖譜,最後則交由學生思考,提出解決之道。Social science can be a theoretical tool to change social conditions or a knowledge graph that studies social problems.
Starting from the first school year of 105, we tried to combine social courses with social presents in daily life, analysis and diagnosis of social problems. From the first "Community and Social Connection Corporate Book", we discussed the transportation and accommodation in Donghai District. There are also corporate projects in the community, such as air pollution, improvement plans such as labor and gender equality protection in the housing area, as well as friendly pets, self-employed canteens and other related school districts and weekly communities. The second focus on "Social Science and Social Question Report" and selected "High-Age Society" as the inquiry theme for the final report. Each group proposed nine solutions to ride-sharing transportation, material exchange in old communities, volunteer human mutual assistance banks, community pharmacy and lifestyle clubs, elderly health, sports and leisure planning, medical patrols, silver canteens and silver hair technology rings, and smart tool design.
By the third stage, the research topics of society are closely related to social status. We focus on "sports society" to demonstrate the movement conditions and initiatives about sweats and sweat rights. The research topics of the group include: legal viewing of sports society, blue, white and pink work The new phenomenon of the comparison of labor conditions, work conditions, atypical work (part-time/temporary work) labor conditions analysis, job gender inequality, childcare policy & long-term care system & modern female roles, and then to the new generation of online health research, and the report on working situations of students at Donghai University.
Therefore, the teaching objectives of social science are first to introduce the perspective of the social science eye, reminding everyone how to re-examine social problems; then teaching social theorists and their knowledge pictures, and finally leaving them to students to think and propose solutions.
這是一門介紹及探討社會學基本概念及社會學所關心探究的社會現象及問題。社會學研究家庭、團體、社區、社會與國家等人群的集結與網絡,也探討文化、宗教、教育、法律規範與政治、經濟等制度與人的關係及對人的影響。本課程討論的這些議題觸及了社會運作的邏輯、社會控制的方式及政治、經濟、教育等資源的分配與不平等的形成,同時也探討性別、種族、階級等人類關係在社會化及制度形成與演變過程中對人的影響。
1.透過社會學觀點理論與社會現象觀察的基本訓練,啟發學生對於社會現象探究之興趣,建構系統性探究社會的基本知識與能力。
2.從重要的社會、文化、政治與經濟等議題的討論,協助學生理解社會體系與社會制度的運作。
3.透過社會學課程,培養學生對於社會上的弱勢族群所處之社會情境,具有提問及思考分析能力,並促使學生對於人群社會有更深層的關懷。
This is an introduction and exploration of the basic concepts of society and the social phenomena and problems that society is concerned about. Social studies the integration and network of people such as families, groups, communities, society and countries, and also explores the relationship between culture, religion, education, legal regulations, politics, and economic systems and their impact on people. These topics discussed in this course cover the logic of social operations, the methods of social control, the allocation of resources such as politics, economy, education, and the formation of inequality. At the same time, they also explore the impact of gender, ethnicity, level and other human relations on people in the process of socialization and institutional formation and evolution.
