■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives)
（1）期待學生可以廣泛吸收最新的產業界動向與趨勢。
（2）引領學生閱讀並給予適切的指導，提升對於農產與食品的整體規劃能力。
（3）強化學生對於運用資料,融合整理，比較研究等的能力。
（4）訓練學生進行專題報告，體驗團體合作機制，以適應未來的就業或是研究深造時的需求。
■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents)
首先由授課教師自行編寫「專討報告之製作方法」，並且上傳到數位學習平台。其次要求修習學生必須自下載，詳細閱讀。
隨後，由修習學生自行選定研究主題，並以該主題之相關論文、期刊與書籍作為該次專題研究之參考書籍與資料。

First, the instructor writes the "Method for Making a Special Discussion Report" by himself and uploads it to the digital learning platform. Secondly, students are required to download it themselves and read it in detail.
Subsequently, students will select a research topic on their own, and use relevant papers, journals and books on the topic as reference books and materials for the special study.
