教育目標 Course Target

■ 課程目標 (Course Objectives) （1）期待學生可以廣泛吸收最新的產業界動向與趨勢。 （2）引領學生閱讀並給予適切的指導，提升對於農產與食品的整體規劃能力。 （3）強化學生對於運用資料,融合整理，比較研究等的能力。 （4）訓練學生進行專題報告，體驗團體合作機制，以適應未來的就業或是研究深造時的需求。 ■ 課程內涵 (Course Contents) 首先由授課教師自行編寫「專討報告之製作方法」，並且上傳到數位學習平台。其次要求修習學生必須自下載，詳細閱讀。 隨後，由修習學生自行選定研究主題，並以該主題之相關論文、期刊與書籍作為該次專題研究之參考書籍與資料。■ Course Objectives (1) I hope that students can widely absorb the latest trends and trends in the industry. (2) Lead students to read and provide appropriate guidance to improve overall planning capabilities for agriculture and food. 首先由授課教師自行編寫「專討報告之製作方法」，並且上傳到數位學習平台。其次要求修習學生必須自下載，詳細閱讀。
隨後，由修習學生自行選定研究主題，並以該主題之相關論文、期刊與書籍作為該次專題研究之參考書籍與資料。
