希望經由政治學的研究方法、基本理論以及政治學中的主題、主要概念的介紹，讓修習本課程的同學，對於政治學領域的相關知識有一基本的理解，並作為往後修習政治行政相關課程之基礎。

It is hoped that through the introduction of political research methods, basic theories, and themes and main concepts in politics, students who study this course will have a basic understanding of the relevant knowledge in the field of politics, and will serve as the basis for future political administration-related courses.

本課程試圖幫助學習者深入瞭解政治事務。一方面回顧長期累積的重要概念；另一方面試圖說明這些概念和21世紀初期真實世界間的關聯性，並試圖從實證角度闡明政治結構和運作過程。其中包括個人政治信念和作為，以及團體和國家的變化情形。

This course test picture helps learners gain insight into political affairs. On the one hand, we will review the important concepts of long-term accumulation; on the other hand, we will explain the correlation between these concepts and the real world in the early 21st century, and try to clarify the political structure and operation process from a practical perspective. This includes personal political beliefs and roles, as well as changes in groups and countries.
