參考教材以于卓民、李吉仁編著之策略管理精論(2012)為主，並搭配一些較具前瞻性的管理論文或文獻。
This course focuses on teaching a case. 10 cases of domestic and local enterprises will be distributed in the classroom, and will be taught with reference to the textbooks.
